My grandma taught me this recipe, and I make it all year long!
Instructions:
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
- Prepare Potatoes: Wash, scrub, and dry the potatoes. Cut them into wedges or cubes.
- Make Spice Blend: In a bowl, mix oregano, thyme, black pepper, and cayenne.
- Season Potatoes: Toss the potato wedges or cubes in the spice blend until coated.
- Bake Potatoes: Arrange the seasoned potatoes on the baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
- Prepare Sauce: While the potatoes bake, mix mayonnaise, garlic powder, lemon juice, pepper, salt, and smoked paprika in a bowl.
- Serve: Once potatoes are done, transfer to a serving
