πΏ Traditional Uses of Vietnamese Coriander
1. Bloating & Indigestion

Method: Crush a handful of fresh Vietnamese coriander, squeeze out the juice, and apply the pulp to your stomach, especially the lower abdomen.

Purpose: Traditionally used to relieve bloating and indigestion.
2. Summer Heatstroke

Method: Crush the fresh herb, squeeze out the juice, and boil it.
