Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
Remove the silver skin from ribs. Rub with olive oil and all seasonings.
Wrap tightly in foil and bake for 2.5–3 hours until tender.
Unwrap, brush with BBQ sauce, and grill/broil 5–10 mins until caramelized.

3 tbsp melted butter
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tsp lemon juice
Pinch of paprika
Salt & pepper
