Instructions:
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.
Place the beef steaks in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill the steaks for 4-6 minutes per side, or until desired doneness.
Remove from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
