Preparing this relaxing pillow fragrance is child’s play since you will only need:
half a teaspoon of ethyl alcohol or vodka
in distilled water
13 drops of lavender essential oil
9 drops of bergamot essential oil
5 drops of ylang ylang essential oil
So start by pouring the alcohol and essential oils into a spray bottle and shake it all to mix the ingredients well. After that, also add the distilled water and shake the bottle again to mix everything further.
Finally, let the mixture sit for about a week so that the oils release their scent and voila: your pillow fragrance is ready to use!
