Ingredients
50 ml milk
100 ml extra virgin olive oil
3 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
Black pepper (to taste)
1 clove garlic (minced)
Green onion (minced)
Parsley (I used homemade frozen parsley)
Instructions
Mix milk and olive oil: Pour milk and olive oil into a bowl. Using a pastry mixer, beat the mixture for 1 minute without lifting the mixer from the bottom.
Add the aromatics: Add the lemon juice, salt, black pepper, minced garlic, chopped green onion and parsley to the mixture.
Mix well: Mix the ingredients thoroughly until the sauce is well combined and smooth.
