Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
Prepare Cake Batter: In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, eggs, water, and oil. Mix until well combined.
Layer Ingredients: Sprinkle the coconut and chopped pecans evenly in the bottom of the prepared baking pan. Pour the cake batter over the top.
Make Cream Cheese Mixture: In a medium bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, melted butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Drop spoonfuls of the cream cheese mixture over the cake batter and swirl gently with a knife.
Add Strawberries: Scatter the diced strawberries over the top.
Bake: Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the cake is set and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Serve: Let the cake cool before serving.
