Whisk Banana with Cookies

Instructions:
Crush the cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or by placing them in a ziplock bag and crushing them with a rolling pin.
In a bowl, mix the cookie crumbs with the melted butter until well combined. If using honey or maple syrup, add it at this stage along with the cinnamon.
In another bowl, mash the bananas with a fork or a whisk until smooth.
Combine the mashed bananas with the cookie mixture and stir until fully integrated.
Transfer the mixture to a serving dish or individual cups.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
