Instructions:

Make the dough:

In a mixing bowl, combine flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.

Add warm milk and melted butter (and olive oil if using).

Mix and knead (by hand or with a dough hook) for 5โ6 minutes until smooth and slightly tacky.

Let rise (quick method):

Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for 30โ40 minutes, or until doubled in size.

Shape the rolls:

Divide the dough into 8โ10 equal pieces and shape into balls.

Place them on parchment paper or in a lightly greased air fryer-safe pan.

Second rise (brief):

Let the rolls rise for another 10โ15 minutes while you preheat your air fryer to 320ยฐF (160ยฐC).

Air fry:

Cook the rolls in the air fryer for 8โ10 minutes, or until golden brown on top and cooked through.

Rotate or flip halfway through if needed, depending on your air fryer model.

Finish & serve:

Brush hot rolls with melted butter for extra softness and flavor.

Serve warm with dinner or use for sliders, mini sandwiches, or breakfast rolls.
