Prep the Chicken:

Slice chicken breasts horizontally to make thin cutlets.

Pound them lightly for even thickness if needed.

Season chicken cutlets with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

Set Up a Breading Station:

Plate 1: Flour (seasoned lightly with salt & pepper)

Plate 2: Beaten eggs

Plate 3: Mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning

Bread the Cutlets:

Dredge each cutlet in flour, then egg, then breadcrumb mixture. Press firmly so it sticks.

Cook:

Heat 2–3 tablespoons of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Fry cutlets for 3–4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and fully cooked.
