  1. Prep the apples:

    • Toss apple rings with lemon juice, brown sugar, and cinnamon.

    • Let them sit for 10 minutes to soften slightly and absorb flavor.

  2. Cut the puff pastry:

    • Roll out puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.

    • Cut into strips (about ½ inch wide).

    • Wrap each strip around an apple ring like a spiral, slightly overlapping to cover the entire ring.

  3. Brush and bake:
