Preheat Oven:

Set oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.

Prepare Potatoes:

In a bowl, toss potato slices with 1 tablespoon olive oil, garlic powder, rosemary, salt, and pepper.

Spread evenly on one half of the baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes.

Add Salmon:

Rub salmon fillets with remaining olive oil, salt, pepper, and a squeeze of lemon.

Place on the other half of the baking sheet, skin side down if applicable.

Top with lemon slices.

Bake Together:

Return the tray to the oven and bake for 12–15 minutes, until salmon is flaky and potatoes are golden and tender.

Garnish with chopped parsley and an extra lemon wedge.
