Melt the chocolate: In a heatproof bowl over a pot of simmering water (or in the microwave in 20-sec bursts), melt the chocolate, butter, and golden syrup together. Stir until smooth.

Add cornflakes: Gently fold the cornflakes into the melted chocolate mixture. Make sure they’re all nicely coated but not crushed.

Spoon into cases: Spoon the mixture into cupcake liners or a muffin tin.

Chill: Pop them in the fridge for about 1 hour to set.

Serve & enjoy! These keep well for a few days in the fridge—if they last that long!
