Easy Veggie Cake Recipe
Instructions:

Prep the veggies: Grate and squeeze excess water from the vegetables (especially zucchini and potatoes).

Mix: In a bowl, combine grated veggies, onion, garlic, eggs, breadcrumbs, flour, cheese, and spices. Mix until well combined.
