Directions:
Cut and grill potatoes, courgettes and aubergines.
Then brown the onion and garlic, then add the meat.
Then add the tomato puree, salt, sugar, pepper, nutmeg, wine, bay leaf and parsley. Cook for 15 minutes more.
Then prepare the béchamel and assemble ma moussaka.
Cover with parmesan and breadcrumbs and bake at 400°F (200°) for 30-40 minutes.
