1. Prep Your Sausages
Insert a skewer through the center of each sausage, lengthwise.

With a small sharp knife, carefully make a spiral cut around the sausage by turning it as you slice. Don’t cut too deep—just enough to guide the pastry.

2. Wrap with Puff Pastry
Cut the puff pastry into long, thin strips (about ½ inch wide).

Wrap a strip of pastry along the spiral groove, following the cut all the way from top to bottom.

Press lightly to make sure it sticks.

3. Egg Wash & Season
Brush each spiral stick with a beaten egg for that golden glow.

Sprinkle with sesame seeds, cheese, or whatever topping you’re feelin’.

4. Bake It Up
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Place the sticks on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until puffed and golden brown.

Serve with dipping sauces on the side and watch them disappear.
