Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
- 1 cup imitation crab (or real crab), chopped
- ½ cup celery, finely diced
- ¼ cup red onion, finely diced
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- ½ tsp Old Bay seasoning (optional but great!)
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine shrimp and crab.
- Add celery, red onion, and parsley.
- In a small bowl, mix mayo, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, Old Bay, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the seafood mixture.
- Toss gently until fully coated.
- Chill for 20–30 minutes before serving for best flavor.
Serving Ideas
- Spoon into lettuce cups
- Serve with crackers
- Make a seafood salad sandwich
- Enjoy on a bed of greens
