Seafood Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1 cup imitation crab (or real crab), chopped
  • ½ cup celery, finely diced
  • ¼ cup red onion, finely diced
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • ½ tsp Old Bay seasoning (optional but great!)
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine shrimp and crab.
  2. Add celery, red onion, and parsley.
  3. In a small bowl, mix mayo, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, Old Bay, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the dressing over the seafood mixture.
  5. Toss gently until fully coated.
  6. Chill for 20–30 minutes before serving for best flavor.

Serving Ideas

  • Spoon into lettuce cups
  • Serve with crackers
  • Make a seafood salad sandwich
  • Enjoy on a bed of greens
