Ingredients

For the Spiced Chickpeas

  • 1 can chickpeas (15 oz / 425 g), drained & rinsed
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp turmeric (optional)
  • ½ tsp chili flakes or cayenne (optional for spice)
  • Salt & black pepper to taste

For the Yogurt Sauce

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
