  • Β½ tsp garlic powder

  • Β½ tsp salt

  • 1 Β½ cups water or chicken broth

  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

  • 1 tsp lemon juice

  • 1 cup chopped cucumber

  • 1 cup chopped tomatoes
