Ingredients



2 toasted English muffins or small pita rounds

1/2 cup Greek yogurt (thick and plain)

1 tsp olive oil

1/4 tsp garlic powder (or a small fresh garlic clove, minced)

A squeeze of lemon juice

Salt to taste

A sprinkle of za’atar or “everything” seed mix (sesame, onion, garlic, poppy, nigella seeds)

Optional: sliced cucumber, cherry tomato halves, or a drizzle of honey for a sweet twist



Instructions



Prepare the Spread
In a small bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt. Stir until creamy and smooth.

Toast the Base
Lightly toast your English muffins or pita rounds until golden brown and slightly crisp.

Assemble
Spread the yogurt mixture generously over the warm toast.

Top It Off
Sprinkle za’atar or the seed mix over the top. You can add thin cucumber slices or tomato halves if you like a bit of freshness.

Serve immediately while still warm.
