Mongolian Ground Beef Noodles

There’s nothing quite like a good bowl of Mongolian ground beef noodles. This dish is hearty and flavorful, with a mix of savory and sweet flavors that will leave you wanting more.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Ground beef
  • 1 Tbsp. Ginger paste
  • 5 tsp. Minced garlic
  • ½ C. Beef broth
  • ½ C. Soy sauce
  • ¼ C. Brown sugar
  •  C. Hoisin sauce
  • Pepper and red pepper flakes to taste
  • 1 Box linguini noodles

How to Make Mongolian Ground Beef Noodles

  • Cook the linguini noodles to your liking and drain well.
  • Add the ground beef to a skillet over medium-high heat and saute until browned completely.
  • Stir in the ginger paste and garlic, and saute for another minute.
  • Mix in the beef broth, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, brown sugar and pepper, and red pepper flakes to taste. Saute for 10-15 minutes on low heat until the sauce thickens a bit.
  • Stir the noodles into the meat and sauce mixture and toss to coat well.
  • Serve topped with green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
