👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Marinate the Chicken
In a bowl, whisk honey, lime juice, olive oil, garlic, lime zest, paprika, salt, pepper, and chili flakes.
Add chicken and coat well.
Marinate for 20–30 minutes (or up to 4 hours for deeper flavor).
2️⃣ Cook the Chicken
Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium heat.
Cook chicken for 5–6 minutes per side until golden and fully cooked (internal temp 75°C / 165°F).
Remove from heat and let rest 5 minutes.
Slice or dice into bite-sized pieces.
3️⃣ Prepare the Avocado Mash
In a bowl, mash avocados with lime juice and salt.
Stir in onion or cilantro if using.
Keep slightly chunky for best texture.
4️⃣ Season the Rice
Warm cooked rice and stir in butter or olive oil.
Season lightly with salt and optional herbs.
5️⃣ Assemble the Stack
Use a round mold or small bowl for clean layers:

Carefully lift the mold.
