I don’t eat white flour! Bread in a jar in a minute! No yeast, no sugar

 

Ingredients

 

– 3 eggs

 

– 1 cup (240 ml) milk

 

– 2 tablespoons flax seeds

 

– 2 tablespoons psyllium

 

Instructions

 

1. Crack the eggs into a jar or microwave-safe container.

 

2. Add the milk, flax seeds, and psyllium to the jar.

 

3. Mix the ingredients well until the flax seeds and psyllium are fully incorporated.

 

4. Microwave on high for 1-2 minutes or until the bread is cooked through and has a firm texture.

 

5. Remove the bread from the jar and let it cool for a minute or two.

 

6. Slice the bread and serve.

 

Note: You can also bake the bread in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 10-15 minutes, or until cooked through.

 

Remember, this recipe is a low-carb and keto-friendly alternative to traditional bread, using flax seeds and psyllium as substitutes for flour.
