Brownies in Muffins

Rich, fudgy brownies baked in muffin form for perfectly portioned treats with crisp edges and soft centers. These brownie muffins are great for parties, lunchboxes, or whenever you want an easy handheld dessert.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted

  • 1 cup granulated sugar

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • ½ cup all-purpose flour

  • ⅓ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Optional Add-Ins

  • Chocolate chips

  • Chopped nuts


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners or grease well.

  2. In a bowl, whisk melted butter and sugar until smooth.

  3. Add eggs and vanilla extract; mix well.

  4. Stir in flour, cocoa powder, and salt just until combined.

  5. Fold in any optional add-ins.

  6. Divide batter evenly among muffin cups, filling about ¾ full.

  7. Bake for 18–22 minutes, until tops are set and centers are slightly fudgy.

  8. Cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
