Caramel Brownie Cheesecake Bliss

Ingredients
Brownie Layer

1 box brownie mix (plus ingredients listed on the box)
or homemade brownie batter
Cheesecake Layer

16 oz (450 g) cream cheese, softened

¾ cup granulated sugar

2 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

½ cup sour cream
Caramel Layer

¾ cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
Topping (Optional)

Extra caramel sauce

Chocolate drizzle

Whipped cream
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a 9-inch springform pan.

Prepare brownie batter according to package directions. Spread evenly in the bottom of the pan.

Bake the brownie layer for 15–18 minutes (partially baked, not fully set). Remove from oven and let cool slightly.

In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well. Stir in vanilla and sour cream.

Pour cheesecake mixture gently over the brownie layer.

Drizzle caramel sauce over the cheesecake layer and swirl lightly with a knife.

Bake for 40–45 minutes, until the center is just set.

Turn oven off, crack the door, and let cheesecake cool inside for 30 minutes.

Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
