Creamy Shrimp & Parmesan Ravioli
Ingredients:
1 lb cheese ravioli (fresh or frozen)
1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ cup chicken broth
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Directions:
Cook the ravioli according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until pink. Remove shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
Add garlic to the same skillet and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring well.
Add Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Simmer 3–4 minutes until thickened.
Return cooked shrimp to the skillet and stir to coat in sauce.
Add the cooked ravioli and gently toss until everything is well combined.
Garnish with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan before serving.
