Jalapeño Popper Bites
Creamy, cheesy, and perfectly spicy, these Jalapeño Popper Bites are a crowd-pleasing appetizer that’s easy to make and hard to resist. They’re ideal for parties, game day, or anytime you want a bold, savory snack.
Ingredients

10–12 fresh jalapeños, halved lengthwise and seeded

8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese

½ teaspoon garlic powder

¼ teaspoon onion powder

Salt and black pepper, to taste
Optional Topping

½ cup seasoned breadcrumbs

2 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Arrange jalapeño halves cut-side up on the baking sheet.

In a bowl, mix cream cheese, shredded cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.

Spoon or pipe the cheese mixture into each jalapeño half.

If using topping, mix breadcrumbs with melted butter and sprinkle over filled jalapeños.

Bake for 18–22 minutes, until peppers are tender and tops are lightly golden.

Let cool slightly before serving.
