Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced

  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup

  • 1 cup sour cream

  • 1 cup cottage cheese

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or Colby Jack cheese

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • ½ teaspoon onion powder

  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Topping

  • 1½ cups crushed Ritz crackers

  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

  2. In a large bowl, mix cream of chicken soup, sour cream, cottage cheese, shredded cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.

  3. Fold in cooked chicken and spread mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.

  4. In a small bowl, mix crushed crackers with melted butter.

  5. Sprinkle cracker topping evenly over the casserole.

  6. Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes, until bubbly and golden on top.

  7. Let rest for 5–10 minutes before serving.
