Peanut Butter Snowballs

1 cup creamy peanut butter

½ cup unsalted butter, softened

2½ cups powdered sugar

Extra powdered sugar, for rolling
Instructions

In a large bowl, mix peanut butter and softened butter until smooth and creamy.

Stir in vanilla extract.

Gradually add powdered sugar, mixing until a soft dough forms.

Roll mixture into small balls (about 1 tablespoon each).

Roll each ball generously in powdered sugar to coat.
