Peanut Butter Snowballs

Soft, creamy peanut butter balls coated in powdered sugar that melt in your mouth. These Peanut Butter Snowballs are a no-bake classic, perfect for holidays, cookie trays, or a quick sweet treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter

  • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened

  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

  • 2½ cups powdered sugar

  • Extra powdered sugar, for rolling


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix peanut butter and softened butter until smooth and creamy.

  2. Stir in vanilla extract.

  3. Gradually add powdered sugar, mixing until a soft dough forms.

  4. Roll mixture into small balls (about 1 tablespoon each).

  5. Roll each ball generously in powdered sugar to coat.

  6. Place on a lined baking sheet and chill for 30–45 minutes to firm up.

  7. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
