Strawberry Cheesecake Nachos
Sweet, crunchy, and creamy, these Strawberry Cheesecake Nachos are a fun dessert twist that’s perfect for sharing. Crisp cinnamon-sugar chips are topped with fluffy cheesecake dip and fresh strawberries for an irresistible treat.
Ingredients
Cinnamon Sugar Chips

6 small flour tortillas

2 tablespoons melted butter

¼ cup granulated sugar

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Cheesecake Dip

8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened

½ cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup cold heavy whipping cream
Toppings

1½ cups fresh strawberries, chopped

Strawberry sauce or glaze (optional)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Cut tortillas into triangles. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.

Bake for 8–10 minutes, flipping once, until golden and crisp. Let cool.

Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.

In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream to stiff peaks, then fold into cream cheese mixture.

Arrange chips on a serving platter. Spoon or pipe cheesecake dip over the chips.
