Prep the crust:
Cut pie crust into circles and press into a greased muffin tin.

Make filling:
In a bowl, whisk eggs + cream + salt & pepper.
Stir in crab, chopped shrimp, cheddar, and parsley.

Fill tins:
Pour mixture into each crust.
Add 1–2 shrimp pieces on top for presentation.

Bake:
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20–25 minutes until golden and set.

Cool & serve:
Let cool 5 minutes, then enjoy warm.
