INGREDIENTS
1 box of very cold cream (200g)
1 can of condensed milk (395g)
250 ml of whole milk
50 ml of concentrated passion fruit juice (or another flavor of your choice)
1 package of chocolate chips (100g) or chopped chocolate bar
Disposable cups with lids (optional)
PREPARATION METHOD
In a blender, add the very cold cream and blend for a few minutes. It will increase in volume and become very creamy.
Then, add the sweetened condensed milk and whole milk. Blend well until all the ingredients are well combined.
Turn off the blender and add the passion fruit juice concentrate. If you prefer a stronger flavor, you can increase the amount of concentrate. Blend again until the juice is completely incorporated into the mixture.
Again, turn off the blender, add the chocolate chips or chopped chocolate bar, and gently mix with a spoon.
Divide the mixture among disposable cups, glasses, or a glass dish. Refrigerate until firm and cold
Remove from the refrigerator, serve and enjoy your delicious blended dessert!
Bonus tip:
For an extra touch, try adding a drizzle of fruit syrup on top before serving. This will make your quick blender dessert even more irresistible and give it a restaurant-worthy presentation.
