🍞 Braided Brioche Bread

🧑‍🍳 Ingredients:

• 2 ¼ tsp active dry yeast (1 packet)

• ⅓ cup warm milk (110°F or 43°C)

• ¼ cup sugar

• 3 ½ cups all-purpose flour, plus extra for dusting

• 1 tsp salt

• 4 large eggs, at room temperature

• 1 cup unsalted butter, softened (cubed)

• 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

• 1 egg, for egg wash

• 1 tbsp milk (for egg wash)
