2 1/4 teaspoons (1 packet) active dry yeast
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup (120ml) whole milk, lukewarm
4 large eggs, at room temperature
1/2 cup (115g) unsalted butter, softened (cut into pieces)
1 egg (for egg wash)
2 tablespoons milk (for egg wash)
