Instructions

1️⃣ In a mixing bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk and lemon juice until smooth.
2️⃣ Stir in the coconut, drained pineapple, and chopped pecans.
3️⃣ Gently fold in the Cool Whip until everything is well combined.
4️⃣ Divide the mixture evenly between the two graham cracker crusts.
5️⃣ Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until fully chilled and set.
