Step 1: Preheat & Prep
Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2: Mix the Ingredients
In a large bowl, mix together the coconut, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract until fully combined.
Step 3: Shape the Macaroons
Using a cookie scoop or spoon, drop small mounds of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 1 inch apart.
