For the cake:
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt
½ cup granulated sugar
½ cup unsalted butter (softened)
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup crushed pineapple (drained)
¼ cup pineapple juice (from the can of crushed pineapple)
For the glaze (optional):
½ cup powdered sugar
2 tbsp pineapple juice (from the can of crushed pineapple)
