Mushroom stuffed potato cakes: they are delicious not to try!

METHOD
Store mushrooms, garlic, salt, pepper, parsley and saute in olive oil in a frying pan covered with a lid.
Knead the cooked potatoes, add the flour, parmesan, salt and pepper and mix everything in a fine paste.
Roll out the dough, scoop out the medallions. Fill them with prepared mushrooms and grated cheese.
Bake on the pan each side for 10 minutes. Sprinkle medallions with parsley and enjoy.
