Ingredients:
Eggs – 2 large
Sugar – 100g (½ cup)
Yogurt – 125g (½ cup, full-fat)
Vegetable oil – 60ml (¼ cup)
Vanilla extract – 2ml (½ tsp)
Baking powder – 16g
Cornstarch – 50g (¼ cup + 3 tbsp)
All-purpose flour – 170g (1 ⅜ cup)
Canned pineapple – 6 slices
How to Make Pineapple Cakes:
Step 1:
Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F and grease six 11cm/4-inch tart pans.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs with sugar and vanilla extract until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
