Directions:
1. Grate potatoes then let soak in water.
2. Fry chopped chives, grated carrot and diced bell pepper in a pan with vegetable oil.
3. Whisk eggs in a bowl. Then add milk, flour, baking powder and salt.
4. Squeeze potatoes and mix them in this batter.
5. Add chili pepper and vegetables from the pan, too. Season with salt and pepper.
6. Lastly add mozzarella cheese.
7. Pour the mixture in a tray covered in greased baking paper.
8. Sprinkle with more mozzarella cheese on top.
9. Bake at 180° for 10 minutes.
