Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Coat an 8×8-inch baking dish with cooking spray and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the cream cheese, sour cream, and Thousand Island dressing until smooth.
  3. Add the corned beef, sauerkraut, and Swiss cheese to the bowl, and stir until fully combined.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly.
  6. Allow the dip to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy with rye chips, crackers, or fresh veggies.
