1/4 cup olive oil or melted butter

2 large eggs

1/4 cup finely chopped onion or shallots (optional)

1 tsp dried herbs (such as thyme, oregano, or rosemary) or fresh herbs (like parsley or chives), optional

A pinch of garlic powder (optional)
