  • For the flatbread dough:

    • 2 cups all-purpose flour (or whole wheat flour for a healthier option)

    • 1 tsp salt

    • 1 tsp sugar

    • 1 tbsp olive oil

    • 3/4 cup warm water

    • 1 tsp instant yeast

  • For the vegetable topping:

    • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced

    • 1/2 cup bell peppers (any color), thinly sliced

    • 1/2 cup zucchini, thinly sliced

    • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced

    • 1/4 cup spinach leaves (optional)

    • 1 tbsp olive oil

    • 1 tsp dried oregano (or Italian seasoning)

    • Salt and pepper, to taste

    • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (optional)

    • Fresh basil (for garnish)
