🌿 Traditional Uses of Vietnamese Coriander

1. Bloating & Indigestion

  • Method: Crush a handful of fresh Vietnamese coriander, squeeze out the juice, and apply the pulp to your stomach, especially the lower abdomen.

  • Purpose: Traditionally used to relieve bloating and indigestion.

2. Summer Heatstroke

  • Method: Crush the fresh herb, squeeze out the juice, and boil it.

  • Note: Often consumed as a cooling remedy in traditional practices.

3. Indigestion (Internal Use)

  • Method: Use 10–20g of the whole plant. Boil and consume after meals.
