  • 6 large ears of yellow corn, shucked and halved

  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1 (14 oz) can coconut milk

  • 2 tablespoons pure honey (optional, but highly recommended)

  • 1 1/2 sticks salted butter, sliced
