Air Fryer Fish Fingers

- Prep Time: 0 minutes
- Cook Time: 8 minutes
- Total Time: 8 minutes
- Yield: 10 1x
- Category: Dinner
- Cuisine: British
Ingredients
Scale
- 10 frozen fish sticks
Instructions
-
Preheat the air fryer at 200C/400F for 3 minutes. This is optional but as I mentioned above, if you don’t cook at the right temperature the fish might come out soggy.
-
Arrange the fish fingers in the air fryer basket making sure they are not overlapping. Leave space in between them for proper air circulation.
-
Cook for 8 minutes at 200C/400F, flipping halfway through. Serve and enjoy!
Notes
- Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket. I am using Cosori 5.7L XL and you can fit 12 fish fingers in the basket conveniently. Adjust the numbers to suit the size of your basket without overcrowding.
- Don’t overlap or stack the fish fingers when cooking, the fish would not cook evenly this way and it will turn out soggy.
- Flip the fish sticks once during the cooking time.
- Don’t leave the frozen fish out on the counter for longer than necessary before cooking. For optimum result, cook the fish directly from the freezer into the air fryer.
