A domestic tragedy that alarms parents

In this Texas case, a two-year-old girl, Helena Cochrane, died after being crushed by a dresser weighing approximately 36 kg (79 lbs) while trying to reach a toy placed on top of the piece. According to reports, the child was using the antique dresser as an improvised support when it toppled over.
