For the Flatbread Dough (No Yeast!):

1 ½ cups (180g) all-purpose flour (or whole wheat for extra fiber)

½ cup (120ml) plain yogurt or Greek yogurt (or water for vegan version)

1 tbsp olive oil
Veggie Toppings (Use what you have!):

1 small zucchini, thinly sliced

1 bell pepper, thinly sliced

½ red onion, thinly sliced

Handful of cherry tomatoes, halved

A few broccoli florets, thinly sliced

Olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, oregano or thyme
