🌿 Easy Vegetable Flatbread (Loaded with Veggies!)

📝 Ingredients (Serves 2–4)

For the Flatbread Dough (No Yeast!):

  • 1 ½ cups (180g) all-purpose flour (or whole wheat for extra fiber)

  • ½ tsp baking powder

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ½ cup (120ml) plain yogurt or Greek yogurt (or water for vegan version)

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Veggie Toppings (Use what you have!):

  • 1 small zucchini, thinly sliced

  • 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced

  • ½ red onion, thinly sliced

  • Handful of cherry tomatoes, halved

  • A few broccoli florets, thinly sliced

  • Olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, oregano or thyme
