This Chicken Caesar Wrap brings together juicy chicken, crisp romaine lettuce, shredded Parmesan, and a creamy Caesar dressing, all wrapped in a soft tortilla. Itβs incredibly simple to make, meal-prep friendly, and perfect for a light lunch, on-the-go snack, or even a protein-packed dinner. You can use grilled chicken, leftover roasted chicken, or store-bought rotisserie chicken β the wrap turns out delicious every time.
β Ingredients (Makes 2 Large Wraps)
For the Chicken:
- 2 chicken breasts (grilled, pan-seared, or baked)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Β½ tsp paprika
- Salt & pepper, to taste
For the Wrap Filling:
- 2 large tortillas (whole wheat, spinach, or regular)
- 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- ΒΌ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- Β½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved (optional)
- ΒΌ cup croutons, lightly crushed (optional for crunch)
For the Caesar Dressing (Homemade):
- ΒΌ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt (or more mayo)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 clove garlic, grated or finely minced

1. Cook the Chicken
Season chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

2. Make the Dressing
