  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 8 oz Cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 oz Canned diced jalapeños, drained (or fresh jalapeños, diced)
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • To taste: Salt and pepper
  • 1/4 cup Chopped green onions (for garnish)

  1. Preheat: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Brown the Beef: Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
